We are a state-licensed motor vehicle dealer. In addition to our general privacy practices, we are subject to applicable state and federal laws governing the handling of consumer financial and personal information, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) where applicable.

4. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our Site. Google Analytics collects data such as pages visited, session duration, device type, and approximate geographic location. This data is processed by Google and subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Data retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including to comply with legal obligations. Vehicle sale records, identity verification records, and transaction documents are retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by applicable dealer licensing and tax laws. Analytics data collected through Google Analytics is retained for 14 months by default in GA4.

Identity verification is handled by DiDit, a SOC 2 Type 1 and ISO 27001 certified provider. Payment processing is handled by Square, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's privacy
Our Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
