These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AutoExpo LLC website at autoexpogroup.com and any vehicle purchase transactions facilitated through our platform. By accessing the Site or initiating a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
AutoExpo LLC is a licensed motor vehicle dealer. All vehicle sales are subject to applicable state and federal laws governing motor vehicle transactions.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use this Site or purchase a vehicle. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. AutoExpo reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
2. Vehicle listings and pricing
All vehicles listed on AutoExpo are sourced from licensed wholesale auctions. Vehicle information including year, make, model, mileage, condition grade, and pricing is provided in good faith based on available data at the time of listing. AutoExpo does not manufacture vehicles and is not responsible for manufacturer defects.
Listed prices are the AutoExpo purchase price and do not include applicable sales tax, title, registration fees, or documentation fees, which vary by state and will be disclosed prior to purchase completion. All prices are in US dollars.
AutoExpo reserves the right to correct pricing errors, withdraw listings, or modify vehicle availability at any time prior to purchase confirmation. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before proceeding with the transaction.
3. Purchase process and deposit
Initiating a purchase requires payment of a refundable deposit to reserve the vehicle. The deposit amount will be disclosed at checkout and applied toward your final purchase price. The deposit is refundable if AutoExpo is unable to source the vehicle or if you cancel prior to vehicle acquisition by AutoExpo.
Once AutoExpo has acquired the vehicle on your behalf at wholesale auction, the deposit becomes non-refundable except as provided in our arbitration policy. Full payment (wire transfer or approved financing) is required prior to vehicle transport and delivery.
4. Identity verification
All purchasers are required to complete identity verification (KYC) through our third-party provider DiDit prior to purchase completion. This includes government-issued photo ID verification and facial recognition matching. We are required to verify purchaser identity as part of our dealer licensing obligations. Failure to complete verification will result in cancellation of the transaction and refund of any deposit paid.
5. Financing
AutoExpo offers access to financing through a network of third-party lenders. Submission of a financing application does not guarantee approval. Loan terms, interest rates, and monthly payments are determined by the lender based on your creditworthiness and are subject to change. AutoExpo is not a lender and is not responsible for lender decisions. Approved financing terms will be disclosed in writing before you sign any financing agreement.
6. Vehicle delivery and transport
Vehicles are transported from the wholesale source directly to your specified delivery address via our carrier network. Estimated delivery timelines are 5–10 business days from vehicle acquisition and are estimates only — actual delivery may vary based on carrier availability, weather, and geographic factors.
Transport is fully insured. Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery and your signed acknowledgment of receipt. You or an authorized representative must be present at the delivery address to accept the vehicle. AutoExpo is not responsible for delays caused by the buyer's unavailability.
7. Arbitration and return policy
AutoExpo provides a 7-day arbitration window beginning on the date of physical delivery. During this period, you may submit a claim if the vehicle materially differs from its disclosed condition. "Materially differs" means undisclosed structural damage, undisclosed salvage or branded title, or odometer discrepancy exceeding legal tolerances.
The following do not constitute grounds for arbitration: normal wear and tear consistent with disclosed mileage, subjective dissatisfaction with the vehicle, mechanical issues that arise after delivery, or conditions disclosed prior to purchase.
To initiate arbitration, contact us at support@autoexpogroup.com within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days.
8. Warranties
Unless otherwise stated, vehicles are sold with any remaining factory warranty as disclosed in the listing. AutoExpo does not provide additional warranties beyond the factory warranty. All vehicles are sold "as-is" with respect to conditions not covered by the factory warranty or disclosed arbitration policy.
AutoExpo makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the fitness of any vehicle for a particular purpose beyond what is disclosed in the vehicle listing.
9. Sell your car
If you submit a vehicle for sale through our platform, you represent and warrant that you are the legal owner of the vehicle, that the vehicle is free of undisclosed liens, and that all information you provide is accurate. AutoExpo's offer is contingent upon inspection and verification of the vehicle's condition and title. AutoExpo reserves the right to revise or withdraw any offer based on inspection results.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AutoExpo's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or a vehicle purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid to AutoExpo for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim. AutoExpo is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Dispute resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms or a vehicle transaction that is not resolved through our arbitration policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nassau County, New York for resolution of any such dispute.
12. Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
